Do I need to service my motorcycle at the dealership I bought it from?
It’s a common misconception that servicing your bike at your local motorcycle mechanic and not the dealership will void the warranty, but this is not the case.

Took my Triumph to Ozzy for a service and brake issue repair after he was recommended to me. Extremely happy with all aspects of the service. Ozzy is thoroughly professional, workshop is clinical and his depth of knowledge would be unmatched. Bike is running beautifully and I cant remember brakes ever being as good as they are now. Since 2015 Ozzy has been servicing my previous 2013 K1300S and now my current 2016 R1200RS. Ozzy's skill, knowledge and professionalism is second to none, and he is a top bloke to do business with, and always has time to answer any questions I have with highly qualified advice. Do yourself a favour next time you need your bike serviced and make the trip to Stanthorpe and you will not be disappointed. 👍

The most knowledgeable mechanic I know. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. Not only is Ozzy a master at his craft, he takes time out for all clients even when he's flat out. See you next time Ozzy

Man, where to even start, I have been screwed over by other workshops, overcharged, sold things I haven't needed but not at all with Ozzy. He is extremely knowledgeable, more like a motorcycle Surgeon than just a mechanic, there is nothing he doesn't know or can't do. And for the level of workmanship you receive you honestly can't ask for better value for money. He has helped me out so many times over the past few years. Whether it's giving me advice over the phone, offering to check out bikes prior to me purchasing them, Ozzy goes above and beyond for his customers! He's not like other mechanics who will try and coax you into doing unnecessary modifications or repairs, he will give you an accurate assessment of what needs doing, how long until it needs doing, and the absolute cheapest and most effective way to get it done when it needs doing. Can't recommend him highly enough, my family and friends go to him now and we won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Ozzy is the one of the first mechanics I have been able to trust with my bike for a very long time. He is very honest and upfront with you plus has a great deal of knowledge

Just Purchased a K1300R took it to Ozzy for a check up he found it hadn't been serviced when the previous owner told me it had. Ozzy changed all oils thoroughly checked it out new filters etc. He would be the most trustworthy bloke and best mechanic you could take your bike too if he wasn't around i wouldn't buy BMW bikes.
